Youth Pastor/Director

Growing church seeks a Lead Youth Pastor/Director that will design a comprehensive plan for discipleship for students in 6th through 12th grade. Working with a dedicated team of volunteers, students worship together, discuss scripture in small groups together, and work together with other churches in community outreach efforts. This role focuses on spiritual growth, community building, and providing impactful learning experiences for the youth within the church and in the broader community. A successful candidate will create a vibrant, growing youth ministry that nurtures young people's faith and integrates them into the life of the church.  (30-50 students)
